Every year John invites, his family, friends and fans to take a trip down the scenic French Broad River. We stay in the quiet little town of Hot Springs, NC. The people are absolutley wonderful and you would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful place! If you like camping like we do then you will want to stay at the Hot Springs Campground. The campground is located right across the street from the Hot Springs Resort and Spa. If you have never been to the spa then don't miss out. Call them up and book a tub, lay back and enjoy! If camping is not your "thing" then be sure to call up the Creekside Inn. Perched on the bank of Spring Creek, this quaint inn feature seven individually decorated guest rooms with all rooms including private baths. Some of the rooms also include ceiling fans, refrigerators, gas log fireplaces, and sofa beds. A creekside patio with a gas grill, a large fire pit, and a bar with a covered deck are on site and complimentary mountain bikes are available for guests. Rafting trips depart daily from the onsite rafting outpost. This year John will be perforing an acoustic show at Paddlers Pub on Saturday August 11 from 7p -11p. Paddlers Pub is located on Spring Street just down from the campground and across from the Creekside Inn. This event is an annual even and everyone is encouraged to make arrangements for their own accommodations and rafts. Below you will find the information you will need.
